The Person

Hi, I'm Peter.

I grew up with a deep appreciation for real estate, design, and the craft of making spaces better. Raised in the suburbs of New York, with time in Boston and Los Angeles, I now call Greenpoint, Brooklyn home.

My career has spanned advertising, media, and tech, most recently at Amazon in a Product Commercialization role where I led customer research, developed product strategy, and drove go-to-market execution. For the past decade I have also been a rental property owner and flipper, with two properties completed and one in progress. The through line across all of it has been the same: building experiences that leave people better than they found them.

Outside of work I am drawn to wellness, travel, and spending time outdoors with the people I care most about.
